The Porsche 998 non-Turbo is assumed to arrive sometime in 2011. The only thing we have to currently go on are the spy shots that appear from auto magazines around the web. There are no definitive specs or absolutes as of yet. You can make deductions by looking at the spy shots, but Porsche may be testing out new hardware underneath an old skin until the new design is ready. It's unlikely they will show us their latest design to the public just yet. To make assumptions you have to look at what Porsche has done in the past. Power has always been increased by roughly 20-30 horsepower. Styling is altered at a minimum. Interior bits get minor design tweaks, but don't expect a completely brand new car. That's not Porsche's style. That doesn't mean the new 998 Turbo, or whatever they end up calling it, wont be special. It simply means Porsche sticks to it's roots in terms of design and performance.
